Most overseas trek operators recommend hill walking as an effective way of training and conditioning your body for the demands of a multi-day trek. This will help you enjoy your trek more and reduce your chances of injury.
We will spend both days in the mountains of Snowdonia with one of the days possibly being an ascent of Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.
You will come away with some good memories, 2 days mountain experience and an idea of your mountain fitness.
We might even drop in to the Pen-y-Gwyryd hotel where the 1953 Everest team stayed when training in Snowdonia for their Everest attempt!
